Information BerryCal handles

BerryCal stores the account information you use to sign in, booking-link settings, and booking details submitted by guests. Guest details can include a name, email address, phone number, additional guest email addresses, selected time, and answers to the host's questions.

Calendars

When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, BerryCal stores encrypted authorization tokens so it can check availability and keep booking events synchronized. Busy-time checks are used for scheduling; event details are not shown to booking guests.

Email and service providers

BerryCal uses Supabase for authentication and application data, Resend for transactional email, and Google or Microsoft when you connect their calendar services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Additional guests

The primary booker may add other attendees. Their email addresses are shared with the host and calendar provider and may be visible to other attendees on the calendar invitation. Additional guests receive meeting updates but not the private booking-management link.

Guest management links

The primary booker's confirmation email can contain a private, signed link for rescheduling or cancellation. Anyone with the complete link may manage that booking, so it should not be forwarded publicly.

Retention and choices

Booking and account information is retained while the workspace is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. You may disconnect calendars from Settings and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.

BerryCal is currently a limited prototype. Features and data-handling practices may change before a general public release; this page will be updated when they do.
